How many items can I buy online?
So that everyone can shop from Giambattista Valli x H&M, purchases are limited to a maximum of one of each item per person. This applies to all items in the collection including accessories, shoes and bags.
When I can I buy the collection online?
The designer collection will be available for purchase on 7 November, 2019. Approximately 1 hour before release, ae.hm.com will be in preparation mode. Please be patient while we prepare the site for this year's designer collaboration.

When can I buy the collection in store?
The designer collection will be available for purchase on 7 November 2019 in selected stores globally.
The queing system in store:
We want you to have the best possible experience shopping this year’s designer collection. Therefore, all customers choosing to shop in store will be directed to a colour-coded queueing system. Please note that your place in line does not guarantee availability of any items from the collection.
Join the queue and our staff will help and direct you.
In order to accommodate as many customers as possible, your purchase will be limited to one size per style. The shopping limit applies to the entire Giambattista Valli x H&M collection.

H&M reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Giambattista Valli x H&M purchase as much as we loved creating the collection. If you have changed your mind and would like to return the item(s), please note that any items from the designer collection purchased online can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in resalable condition. Please refer to the returns process page for more information.
Returns and exchanges from the designer collections bought in store are accepted within 14 days only. The items should be in resalable condition.
Don’t forget to bring your receipt.
